Shipping Terms & Conditions
SHIPPING: Before purchase you might like to contact us to check the postal status for your country due to Postal Services in some countries restricting handling of small packages or having some delay. Courier services are generally unaffected. Please email us at email@example.com.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: Customers placing orders through the Online Shop facility will receive an email confirming the availability and acceptance of the order. If you do not receive an email from Futera within 3 days of placing your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm order status. Shop items are subject to availability while stocks last.
DELIVERY TIMING: Deliveries to Europe, the USA and Australia average 14 days but may take longer depending on the receiving country’s handling procedures. Courier service for larger quantities currently average 4-6 working days from dispatch date. Delivery within the UK is subject to availability of the item(s) requested, with delivery generally 5-7 working days from dispatch date. Delivery timings quoted are indications only for post and couriers services which may be subject to delays resulting from the impact of COVID-19.
Returns / Refunds
PERSONALISED / CUSTOMISED items: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for personalized/customized items, but we will refund payment if an item is damaged or not as described. In such event, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods and be accompanied by the original packaging and your proof of purchase/receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or non-acceptance of a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and we will provide an address for return. The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item please ensure you send it by tracked delivery.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Futera’s liability for product purchased is strictly limited to Futera's published selling price of that product (the retail price charged by Futera exclusive of shipping cost). No refunds/claims are valid from the time Futera fulfills your order which is the date and time shown on the Postal Service/Courier receipt as proof of Futera’s despatch of your order when the package passes to the services of the Post Office/Courier companies handling the delivery of your order. Please refer to the SHIPPING info section and to the full terms at www.futera.com for more information. Orders cannot be returned to Futera in the event of a change of mind about an order following its despatch.
If a customer cancels an order before it has completed its processing and Futera is able to cancel the despatch, then a refund may be made to the customer via Paypal, normally within 3 working days from the date of Futera receiving request for cancellation. Cancellation requests should be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org. NB: If you have emailed a cancellation request but have not received an acknowledgement from Futera within 48 hours please email email@example.com again as it is possible your email may not have been received.
